How do I place an order? +

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review your order before finalizing your purchase.

We'll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience and security.

How long does shipping take? +

Processing orders usually takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping typically takes 8-13 business days within the Netherlands.

Custom orders may 1-2 extra business days.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 14-day no questions asked return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase after the 14 days period, you can contact us within 30 days for a possible refund or exchange.

Custom items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Why is my tracking number isn't working? +

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system.

Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose a package, if the tracking number is still not showing within few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

My order is late, now what? +

Orders typically take 8-15 business days to arrive, since you are here, it means your order has taken more time.
If your order is standard and not customized, please send us a message or contact us via the contact form.
If your order is customized, please allow few more days as custom orders take longer to process due to the customization itself.

I made a custom order with a picture, will it be deleted? +

Once your order is made, your data will be processed, once the item is delivered to you, the image will be removed from our systems.

I made a custom order, can I change the information afterwards? +

We will do our best If your item is not yet processed, send us an email as soon as possible. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp.

If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we can no longer change it.

Can I cancel my order? +

Cancellations are only possible before production or shipping begins. Contact us as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship to most countries. Although Shipping times vary by location. We can not provide an estimated delivery date for international orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages? +

We believe that you should do that yourself to keep it as a very personal gift!

Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering? +
